Date of service: February 24 I went to Supercuts today and was seen by Jen. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience and I’m very unhappy with the result. I specifically asked for a wolf cut, including bangs. That is not what I received. What I ended up with is just a lot of uneven layers and no wolf cut at all, and I did not get bangs despite clearly requesting them. Jen was not very communicative throughout the appointment. We didn’t talk much, which made it hard to feel heard or reassured. At one point, she told me that once my hair dried we would reassess and possibly cut the bangs shorter. However, once my hair was dry, she told me that cutting the bangs any shorter would make my layers “look weird,” and no changes were made. This left me stuck with a haircut I did not want and did not ask for. Another major issue was hygiene and comfort. Jen coughed repeatedly throughout the entire two-hour appointment, including while working on my hair and eyebrows. I eventually asked her directly if she had a cold. She said she had a lingering cough, but continued coughing the entire time. This was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. What’s especially frustrating is that we even talked during the appointment about trust and how important it is to trust the cosmetologist providing a paid service. That trust was not honored. I trusted the stylist to follow my request and communicate honestly, and that didn’t happen. Overall, I left unhappy, disappointed, and feeling like I paid for a service that was not delivered as requested. This haircut is not at all what I wanted. I also want to add that during the hair wash, my jacket was not moved or protected, and it ended up soaked with water — on a cold, rainy day. No effort was made to ensure my clothing was out of the way, which added to the overall lack of care and professionalism during this appointment. Between this, the ongoing coughing throughout the service, and the haircut not matching what I requested, the experience felt rushed, inattentive, and poorly handled. Update: I spoke with the store manager today, and I want to acknowledge how kind, professional, and understanding she was. She truly listened to my concerns and validated how disappointing it is to walk out of a haircut feeling unhappy — especially when you’re trusting a new place for the first time. She offered to refund me and also offered to have the assistant store manager, Olivia, correct the haircut at my next visit. I genuinely appreciated how she explained that she understands how vulnerable it can feel — especially as a woman — to put your trust in someone with your hair and walk away with a bad experience. That conversation made a big difference. Because of how the situation was handled, I’m updating my rating to three stars. Customer service and accountability matter, and I do appreciate the effort to make it right. I’ll update again after the corrective appointment — I’m hopeful it will be a much better outcome. Final Update: I returned to Supercuts and had my haircut corrected by Olivia, and I’m much happier with the result. The cut looks significantly better, and I truly appreciate the effort that was made to fix it. After speaking with the store manager, she went above and beyond to ensure my experience was handled properly. She covered the refund and made sure the haircut was corrected, which I genuinely appreciated. When Olivia reviewed my hair, it was clear the original cut hadn’t been done correctly — one side of my head was noticeably shorter than the other, and I had essentially only one bang instead of balanced bangs. I’m very grateful this was addressed and fixed. Because of how professionally the manager handled the situation and how well Olivia corrected the cut, I will be coming back regularly — both my partner and I will be booking with Olivia moving forward. Thank you for making it right.

Our first time trying Supercuts. Will come back! We used to go to their competitor in town but they let us down 3x in a row so we decided to give Supercuts a shot. The wait time was a little longer than what we were used to but we found out for a good reason why! They take their time with each patron they had. They explained things well to my teen and made sure it was to his liking. We'd definitely wait again if we had to! They cleaned him off well too. His previous place they saw him in 10 minutes and left him needing to shower before he could do anything else for the day. Supercuts cleaned him off so well I didn't even need to dust off any hair lingering. Thank you for taking the time! It definitely shows. I love that I switched over!

Took my daughter and I in for a hair cut the lady’s was so sweet and the hair cut was so good we both loved it. I was so happy with the service I took my oldest daughter in for a hair cut and color her hair was very hard to die they was so patient with her. She had blue streaks and brown roots. There prices are reasonable. We will be going there for now on.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this Supercuts! From the moment my daughter and I walked in, every single employee was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel completely comfortable. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and very family friendly, which immediately put us at ease. My daughter is 4 years old and this was her first haircut, so I was a little nervous about how it would go, but the staff was incredible. They were so patient, kind, and gentle with her, taking the time to talk to her, reassure her, and make the experience fun instead of scary. They did a wonderful job on her hair, and she left smiling and feeling proud of herself. While I was getting my own haircut, the staff went above and beyond by helping my daughter with what she needed and even offering her a juice (of course they asked me if it was okay first), which was such a thoughtful touch. It really showed how much they care about their customers, especially kids. My haircut also turned out great. I felt listened to, and the stylist made sure I was happy with the result. Overall, the customer service here was outstanding. You can tell the staff truly enjoys what they do and cares about making every guest feel welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend this Supercuts to anyone, especially parents looking for a place that’s patient and kind with children. We will definitely be coming back!
